We recently pruchased a new Chevy Traverse from Mike Andersons in Merrillville. Our salesman Jeff Goss was great!!! So was everyone we dealt with during the process of the sale, from the trade-in of our old SUV to the financing, the service department who did a beautiful job detailing the new SUV. Jeff showed all the features on our new vehicle, so we were familiar with it before we drove it off the lot. Thanks to all of you.

Without this man I would have never been driving a brand new Colorado.

I owe it all to Jeff. My wife and I went to 7 other chevy dealers and was told

that I could not have the truck that I wanted for the price that we offered. So we were ready for the next day so we could look again. We had one more dealership to try out. As we walked in the door of the showroom we took 4 steps and Jeff Goss was there and introduced himself to us. He took the time to show us that anything was possible. His attitude was incredible and my wife liked his smile. Working with Jeff was a true JOY. When we come back to replace my wifes Van I only hope that our friend Jeff will be there to greet us at the door again. I hope the mangement of Mike Anderson Chevrolet realize the jewel they have in him.

Salesmen very nice and polite, offered all comidites available.  Several offers to please me and make me at a comfortable price for payment wise.  Jeff was very helpfull.  Tom was very wise and helpfull to make me a good monthly payment. 

I came into Mike Anderson Chevrolet on a Saturday night just before closing time. I was very interested in purchasing a pre-owned truck. I thought it was going to be too late to buy a truck, but that was before I met Jeff Goss. He took the time to stay after hours and show me all the pre-owned trucks that they had available. I ended up buying a 2007 GMC Sierra. I am very happy about my new truck, and if it wasn't for Jeff, I would not have got it that night.
