Charles Burns was the best salesperson I've ever worked with.  Charles was very personable and he treated me like a valued customer.  Charles and the entire Mike Anderson team was very helpful and worked with me to get the right car at the right price.  I looked at other dealership's (Carmax) and was treated very rudely.  Charles greeted me at the door and walked me through the process.  Charles knew the vechiles very well and was able to answer all my questions.  I will let everyone I know, how well I was treated at Mike Anderson.
